Why Everything DiSC®?
DISC is an self-assessment tool for individuals. Applied to team members or members of a group, it can bring benefits to the respective team or group. Our selection of DISC over other psychometric tools was deliberate for a number of reasons such as:
- DISC is based only on observable behaviours;
- It is therefore easy for your people to understand;
- They actually find it fun to learn and use;
- It follows you’ll find it more cost-effective to implement than other tools;
- Our DISC has an excellent internal validation of 0.87;

Why The Five Behaviours of a Cohesive Team®?
The Five Behaviours of a Cohesive Team is a team performance improvement program based on Lencioni’s team model expounded in his book, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team. His model consists of:
- Trust;
- Conflict;
- Commitment;
- Accountability; and
- Results
We have 2 programs that flexibly address different business environments: Five Behaviours Team Development is for more stable teams and Five Behaviours Personal Development is where you have more flexible teams or your people are members of more than 1 team.
Our business model
Our preferred business model for working with you is to train and accredit 1 or more of your people to administer and deliver DISC (including the Catalyst platform) and/or The Five Behaviours® in your organisation. This means you obtain your own Profile Management account with us and you can administer all matters DISC and/or The Five Behaviours without interference from us. We are of course on hand whenever you need advice and guidance and we provide you with regular system and program updates.
This works out more cost effectively for you but you can, if you prefer, ask us to provide you with consultancy and business coaching. Between these 2 extremes, we can design a bespoke solution that suits your particular needs.
