The Five Behaviors Personal Development Profile measures how good as team players individuals are with reference to Lencioni's The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team® model. The underlying Everything DiSC® behavioural profile of individuals is used to show how their behavioural style strengthens or challenges their approach to team working. The Profile prompts them to create an Action Plan to improve their team working ability by selecting from their challenges.
