DISC is an self-assessment tool for individuals. There are a number of psychometric tools used by HR professionals but here are some compelling reasons for using DISC:

The Five Behaviours of a Cohesive Team is a team performance improvement program based on Lencioni’s team model expounded in his book, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team. His model consists of:

We have 2 programs that flexibly address different business environments: Five Behaviours Team Development is for more stable teams and Five Behaviours Personal Development is where your clients have more flexible teams or your clients' people are members of more than 1 team.

Our business model is to train and accredit you to administer DISC (including the Catalyst platform) and/or The Five Behaviours®. This means you can obtain your own DISCprofiles Profile Management account and you can administer all matters DiSC and/or The Five Behaviours without interference from us while adding your own value-added services such as coaching, training and consultancy. We are of course on hand whenever you need advice and guidance and we provide you with regular system and program updates.
