The Wiley DiSC assessment psychometrically analyses an individual’s behavioural style. When shared with your colleagues, one’s self-awareness is combined with awareness of others’ behavioural styles to improve communication and interpersonal relationships. This in turn has a secondary effect in improving team effectiveness.

DiSC is a self-assessment tool so best helps in raising self-awareness and 1-2-1 relationships but when taught to teams or in groups it can have beneficial (secondary) effects for the teams and groups that the individuals work in.
