The courses cover DISC theory, profile debriefing, programme content, EPIC account administration, as well as marketing and sales strategies. Upon successful completion, participants receive an official accreditation certificate. Most will also choose to set up an EPIC sub-account®.

For those organisations not seeking a DIY approach, we offer bespoke consultancy programs usually including workshops and follow up Coaching Action Plans (CAPs). Our CAPs most usually last for 3 months and are set to achieve mutually agreed SMART objectives. In addition to the SMART objectives, we aim to revisit material from preceding workshop(s) during a CAP so that such material is permanently learnt by your people. CAPs are optional and you can opt for further follow on CAPs if you need them.
