The Five Behaviours of a Cohesive Team®
Whereas DISC is a personal assessment, our The Five Behaviours program is a team assessment. It comes in 2 versions to cater for 2 different situations:
- The Five Behaviours® Team Development is for your stable teams of 5-12 people that have been in place for at least 6 weeks. Your team members self-evaluate their team’s current status against Lencioni’s model, The Five Behaviours of a Cohesive Team . Our program suggests the 3 areas most in need of improvement. You can work on improving those 3 areas by yourself or with our help and check your team’s status again after some time (months) to see what progress your team has made. Subsequent checks of your team's status are free. Note that DISC is explicitly embedded in Team Development to enable team members to better understand and communicate amongst one another.
- The Five Behaviours® Personal Development is for organisations where your team or teams may have fewer than 5 people, your people may work in more than 1 team, or team membership may be more volatile making the comparison of team performance statistics from period to period more challenging. However you can deliver Personal Development to up to 30 of your people in 1 session. The Personal Development profile effectively tells your people how good they are as team players. The Personal Development profile ends with a summary telling your people what they excel at and what they may struggle with against each of The Five Behaviours and invites them to select 3 to work on. This information can can be most useful with external facilitation or coaching follow-up (see our CAP).
