This should come as no surprise as our Team View shows I am the more people-focussed side of DISCprofiles. And being a native Indian means I have practical experience of some of the cross-cultural issues I am asked to help organisations with. But what sets me apart from most HR professionals is my innate understanding of business matters, which is why Pradeep asked me to work with him. I have coached very senior leaders in organisations such as Tesco, O2 and ASDA. My clients appreciate that I deal with thorny topics with a lightness of touch, compassion and humour.
